Groove.cm alternatives now that Groove is closed to new members
Groove.cm stopped accepting new customers on September 3, 2026. If you were about to sign up, or you are a free member deciding whether to upgrade before December 31, these are the realistic options. Last updated September 15, 2026.
Scale.gg: the official successor
Scale.gg is Groove under a new name and a new structure, run by the same founder, Mike Filsaime. GroovePages, GrooveSell, GrooveMail and GrooveVideo continue inside it, and the rest of Groove was rebuilt as separate apps around an AI campaign builder called ClickCampaigns.
- Free account: sell digital products, manage affiliates, open a storefront, deliver courses and send invoices.
- Solo, $395 a year: one product of your choice.
- Pro, $95 a month or $795 a year: all 27 apps.
- 30-day money-back guarantee on paid plans.
Pick this if you liked Groove and mainly want the least disruptive path: your knowledge of GroovePages and GrooveSell carries over, and existing projects can stay where they are.
Other all-in-one platforms worth comparing
I do not have affiliate links for any of these, so treat the notes as a starting point for your own comparison rather than a ranking.
- systeme.io: the closest match to what Groove’s old free plan was: funnels, email, courses and a simple store on a generous free tier. Good if the free plan was the whole reason you looked at Groove.
- Kartra: the most direct feature-for-feature competitor to the paid Groove suite, with pages, checkout, email, memberships and video in one subscription. No free tier.
- GoHighLevel: built for agencies that run marketing for clients, with CRM and automation at the center. Overkill for a single creator, strong if you resell to clients.
- ClickFunnels: the best-known funnel builder, with courses and email added in recent versions. Priced above Scale.gg Pro and without a free tier.
How to decide
- If you already have projects in Groove, start with Scale.gg: moving pages, lists and products elsewhere costs more time than most people expect, and free members need a paid plan to export in the first place. See the free account deadline guide.
- If you have nothing in Groove yet and want to spend nothing, compare Scale.gg’s free account with systeme.io’s and pick the one whose free limits fit what you sell.
- If you sell services to clients, look at GoHighLevel before either.
