Where to log in to Groove.cm now

What changed about the login

The old app.groove.cm address and the login buttons on groove.cm now send you to app.scaleplus.gg. It is the same account system, so you sign in with the email and password you used for Groove. If you had two-factor authentication turned on, it is still on.

What you can do once you are in

That depends on the kind of Groove account you have:

• Free account: you can use the affiliate tools, change your profile and security settings, see your billing history and contact support. The dashboard, your pages, emails, memberships, blogs, videos, webinars, stores and data export are locked until you upgrade. • Paid subscription: everything works as before at your subscription level.
• Lifetime member: everything works, and you also have the Scale.gg replacement apps plus eight additional apps.

If you cannot log in

• Use the password reset on the login page. Reset emails come from Scale.gg now, so check your spam folder for a sender you do not recognise.
• Make sure you are on app.scaleplus.gg and not a bookmarked Groove page that no longer exists.
• Support access remains free for every Groove account, including restricted free accounts, so contact Scale.gg support from the login page if the reset does not arrive.
